1995 　 SEED Science and Technology Co., Ltd was founded.

1996 　 Gained partnership in IC business with TEKTRON Hong Kong, as well as CYPRESS, AMD, DATEL, IR, QTC, etc.

1997 　 Awarded leading provider of DSP by TI.

1998 　 Beijing assigned as the first TI DSP Third Party in China.
